On our website, we offer two ways of booking accommodation capacities. The first is through the inquiry form, with which the user submits an inquiry to us, and we submit an offer. An inquiry alone does not count as a confirmed reservation, as an essential condition for its validity is confirmation of our sent offer by the user or customer. If we do not receive confirmation of the offer within the agreed period, it is considered that the reservation was never ordered.
In our reservation system, it is also possible to make a direct reservation, whereby the guest enters the information about a valid credit card as a guarantee or makes a payment with a credit card online. In this case, the reservation will be confirmed as soon as the guest has finally confirmed the entry of a valid credit card or completed the payment process. In the case of online reservations and payments, it is considered that the user has read these General Resevation Terms and agrees with them.
The cancellation policy depends on the type of offer accepted by the guest during the booking process.
For reservations made with the possibility of free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, a guarantee with a valid credit card or an advance payment of 30% of the reservation value is required. The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before arrival, in which case the advance payment will be refunded within 7 days of the notification of cancellation on the credit card with which the reservation was done.
In case of cancellation of the reservation after this period (less than 5 days before arrival) or if the guest does not show up at the facility on the day of the agreed arrival, the facility charges the guest for the amount of 30.00% of the value of the reservation or keep the down payment amount.
For non-refundable bookings, full payment is made at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable. In case of force majeure (authentic proof required), the deposit can be used for a new booking (subject to availability).
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid during the stay. The amount of the tourist tax is 3.13 euros per adult per day, 1.56 euros for children from 6 to 18 years old. Children up to the age of 6 do not pay the tourist tax.
